Several years ago I called this company to check my low water pressure. The plumber arrived, ran the faucet, smirked and told me to calm down. It was fine. He was there less than 10 minutes and charged me a $90 service fee. Another plumber came out and found the problem immediately. We had accidently turned down the main when doing gardening. Zero stars. You should hire plumbers who actually investigate problems when presented to them. I didn't leave a review at the time and it's been bothering me for years.

The original plumber I hired did not connect the water line for the ice maker, wouldn't come back to fix anything, had leaks everywhere. Called Accardo at 8am, they were here in 90 minutes. Got a fair price to hookup, they were done in about an hour. And they checked the first plumbers work, no charge. No problems at, very courteous.

I will never recommend to anyone. I hired this company to do the plumber and gas inspection. after they do the plumber inspection. They give the wrong address to the water company . I was keep calling then and never respond to text and call, after I had to go to the water company they found with wrong address. it took almost for 3 weeks to turn on the water. Similar to happen with gas inspection. They never answer the phone, Workers came and said pass the inspection. and the owner said it is not. I have to pay another $150 dollars per each time. after all I decide to run electrical wire. I paid them $450 dollars I never have any refundable

This company is as criminal as a licensed entity can get. They gave me an estimate of $6000. This was a very high estimate as others were quoting between $3500 to $6500. They were recommended to me by our previous plumber so I hired them. After they completed the job, I did all of the calculations to show that they only did $2000 of work. They gave me a bill for $ 7500. I told the owner I Would only pay $4000. He showed up within an hour to pick up the $4000 check. I guess that shows their services were not worth $7500. Oh yeah the leak returned. So I guess their services were worth $0. And I still have to pay about $2000 in extra water charges because of their incompetence. Do not use this company.

They came out 3 times. The first time was to complete the job that I paid $900 for. The second time was because they didn’t complete the first job correctly. The guy who came out had the nerve to take my brand new connector that came with my brand new hot water heater (which was too long) and replace it with a used tainted one. The entire washroom smelled like gas. Entergy came out and The connector had a leak. The owner had the nerve to want to stall on coming out to see. The same black guy who he sent out put another used connector on. He had the nerve to tell me that I can call him privately if I wanted to use his service for less money (but he didn’t do the current job correctly) I also told them that Entergy said the hole they cut in the ceiling needs to be covered better. They did nothing to improve it. I will never use this company again. Unprofessional Service at its finest. They should not get away with taking people money before they finish the work. They don’t have detailed receipts. They are handwritten later in sloppy handwriting. The description doesn’t match what they initially tell you over the phone.
